We are partnered with a market-leading company in the fast-growing renewable energy sector. Specialising in solar batteries, solar panels, heat pumps, and pool pumps, this innovative business is dedicated to providing energy-efficient solutions that drive sustainability.
With multiple positions available, we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and eager to excel in a sales role.
The Role
Manage a pipeline of warm leads and act as the first point of contact through inbound and outbound calls.
Sell exciting and exclusive renewable energy products to meet customer needs.
Accurately input customer details into the CRM system.
Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude while helping clients find tailored solutions to maximise cost savings.
Work to achieve sales targets using various methods, including inbound calls, missed calls, web leads, and follow-ups.
About You
A strong drive to achieve financial success and exceed sales targets.
Experience communicating with customers over the phone (essential).
Sales experience (highly regarded).
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about the company’s brand and products.

$60K base salary + uncapped commissions (OTE $110K–$120K).
