What happens after you send your CV?

    A consultant reads it

    A person, not a filter. They’ll know which of our clients are hiring and whether anything lines up.

    You hear back either way

    There isn’t a fixed response window. If nothing fits right now, we’ll say so rather than leaving you wondering, and we’ll keep you on file for when it changes.

  3. 03

    Nothing moves without you

    If there’s a match we’ll call you to talk it through. Your CV doesn’t go to an employer until you’ve said yes to that employer.
