Sales, customer service, administration, warehousing, management and HR: several locations, several levels, one relationship since 2024.
One role, or six.
A single office manager and a customer service team starting the same Monday both begin with a scoping conversation. We agree what each person needs to do, the experience they need and how the role fits into your team.
We screen candidates against those priorities and explain why each person suits the brief when we send their CV. You can review suitable candidates as we find them or compare a shortlist together.
What we screen for
Screening looks different for every brief. A scheduling coordinator needs to remain calm when plans change. An office manager needs sound judgement and the ability to work independently. A customer resolutions specialist needs to take ownership of difficult cases and communicate clearly under pressure.
Alongside role-specific experience, we look at how quickly someone learns new systems, the reasons behind their career moves and whether they are better suited to building new processes or stepping into an established role.
Every candidate is assessed against the priorities we agree with you at the beginning of the search. When we submit a CV, we also explain the candidate’s relevant experience, what stood out during screening and why we believe they suit the role.
When the first hire becomes a team
Support hiring is usually the leading edge of something. A second site, a bigger sales floor, a coordinator who now needs a coordinator of their own: sometimes one hire is the beginning of a large team.
If you expect the role to grow, take on leadership responsibilities or support future hiring, we factor that into the brief from the beginning. Say so at brief stage if that’s the direction. It changes who we look for now, and it means the person you hire in March can help you hire in September rather than being surprised by it.
