
Sales Team Leader
We are partnered with a market-leading company in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector. Specialising in solar batteries, solar panels, heat pumps, and pool pumps, this innovative organisation is dedicated to delivering energy-efficient solutions that drive sustainability. We’re now seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader to guide and support a high-performing sales team while contributing directly to sales success.
The Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll take on a hybrid role that combines leadership responsibilities with active sales engagement. Your key duties will include:
Leading a dynamic team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide coaching, support, and training to develop team members’ skills and performance.
Conduct one-on-one sessions, performance reviews, and recruitment for new team members.
Maintaining a positive and motivating team culture that drives success.
Managing a pipeline of warm leads and distrubte to the team as required.
Selling exclusive and innovative renewable energy products to meet customer needs.
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and delivering exceptional customer service.
Driving team success by leading by example and closing sales over the phone.
About You
You’re a natural leader with a passion for sales and renewable energy. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Proven experience in a sales environment, with strong communication skills and phone-based sales expertise.
At least 1 year previous leadership experience, including coaching, training, and team development.
A proactive and driven attitude, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to balance leadership duties with sales responsibilities.
A passion for renewable energy and a desire to make a meaningful impact.

$80K base salary + uncapped commissions (OTE $120K–$140K).
