Sales Team Leader

We are partnered with a market-leading company in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector. Specialising in solar batteries, solar panels, heat pumps, and pool pumps, this innovative organisation is dedicated to delivering energy-efficient solutions that drive sustainability. We’re now seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader to guide and support a high-performing sales team while contributing directly to sales success.


The Role


As a Team Leader, you’ll take on a hybrid role that combines leadership responsibilities with active sales engagement. Your key duties will include:

  • Leading a dynamic team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Provide coaching, support, and training to develop team members’ skills and performance.

  • Conduct one-on-one sessions, performance reviews, and recruitment for new team members.

  • Maintaining a positive and motivating team culture that drives success.

  • Managing a pipeline of warm leads and distrubte to the team as required.

  • Selling exclusive and innovative renewable energy products to meet customer needs.

  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Driving team success by leading by example and closing sales over the phone.

About You


You’re a natural leader with a passion for sales and renewable energy. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in a sales environment, with strong communication skills and phone-based sales expertise.

  • At least 1 year previous leadership experience, including coaching, training, and team development.

  • A proactive and driven attitude, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to balance leadership duties with sales responsibilities.

  • A passion for renewable energy and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
